About Me
My name is Chris, I am an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) with 10+ years experience as a Personal Trainer helping individuals become stronger and more confident in themselves. As an Exercise Physiologist, I have the capacity to work with athletes, healthy individuals, and those with medically controlled diseases. My goal is to establish safe and effective exercise and healthy lifestyle behaviors to optimize both health and quality of life. I have an expertise in working with individuals with Musculoskeletal, Cardiopulmonary, Metabolic, Neurological, Orthopedic disorders, and many other chronic diseases.
For the past 10 years as an Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, and Facility Manager my team and I have worked with 1000+ individuals and nearly every physical condition that affects ones ability to exercise. The common theme all these individuals experience is feeling stronger, happier, and more comfortable in their own bodies. I am a firm believer in that there is no reason to avoid fitness. Exercise, regardless of your condition, can be achieved through appropriate training and stimulus to help you achieve your goals.
I would like to help you be your best self through fitness and nutrition, regardless of your struggles. You have the opportunity to become stronger, healthier, and happier through exercise. Let me guide you on your journey for better health.
